• Caregivers are fully referenced, insured and police checked.
• We find a Caregiver to meet your needs.
• We regularly monitor our quality of service.
• All Caregivers undergo training and we encourage them to attend external training programmes. We offer Career Force Qualifications, which are a NZQA recognised.

the process

• The Care Company can be contacted directly by the Client, family members or your health professional.
• The Care Company consultant will assess the client at their home to develop an Individualised Care Plan.
• A suitable Caregiver is matched to the needs of the Client.
• Care continues for as long as required by the client and/or agreed goals are achieved.

	The Care Company is ACC accredited and has a Home and Community Support Contract Non-Serious Injury & Childcare Contract.
	The Care Company is an active member of the New Zealand Home Health Association (NZHHA).
