Through the development and training courses The Care Company aims to provide a supportive environment for all Caregivers to improve recruitment and retention.

The Care Company offers Career Force Qualifications, which are a structured suite of qualifications known as the Career Pathway Qualifications from the National Certificate in Community Support Services (Foundation Skills). Caregivers can complete the National Certificate in Community Support (Core Competencies) and then choose a specialist strand qualification in a range of areas.  Qualifications are NZQA recognised.
